Bizanga's Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the company's dealings. The company selected these independent individuals for their diverse experience and ability to lend objectivity for the company.

Patrick Buffet, Chairman of the Board
President of Invensys Process Systems EMEA, a US $1.3 billion industrial business.
As President of the EMEA operations of Invensys Process Systems (IPS) since early 2004, Patrick Buffet led the significant turnaround of his territory. IPS EMEA grew to become a cash and profit-contributor. It delivered double-digit orders and expanded its revenue to six percent. During his tenure, IPS EMEA evolved from a collection of country-based business units to a true pan-EMEA regional powerhouse under a 70-week transformation program.
A member of Invensys Process Systems' worldwide leadership team, Buffet also presides over the worldwide Services organization that includes product support, lifecycle services, training, and value-added services activities throughout the world.
Prior to Invensys, he spent 15 years in the IT industry working with market leaders such as Microsoft, HP, and Digital. Buffet's roles ranged from CEO of an application software company to senior vice president, working on assignments covering corporate development and alliances, EMEA operations, sales and marketing, and services. As a managing director of regional territories in Asia Pacific and EMEA, he managed in-country operations as well as global functions.
Buffet participated in many acquisitions and mergers, and regularly contributed to the international academic community as a visiting professor and business speaker.

Jérôme Lecat, CEO
In 1994, Jérôme Lecat founded Internet-Way with Olivier Dauchot and Olivier Lemarié. As CEO, he built the company from a garage start-up to one of France's first and most successful ISPs. In 1997, he led the UUNET acquisition of the company bringing a 55% internal rate of return (IRR) to the investors. After reaching profitability, he served as vice president of products at UUNET EMEA.
Since 1998, Lecat has been active as a business angel joining boards of venture capital (VC) backed companies. The companies include Data Center Technology, a backup appliance start-up; Dedigate, a profitable valued-added hosting company and Vision Objects, the world leader in handwriting recognition.
As interim CEO, Lecat turned around Zencod and successfully merged the company with Net Secure Software now known as Net Secure One to build a leading French corporation in the web security market. Lecat holds a research diploma on artificial intelligence and graduated from Ingeneur National School des Ponts et Chauss'ees.

Olivier Lemarié, Chief Technology Officer
A co-founder of Internet-Way, Lemarié played a prominent role in the design and deployment of the entire technical infrastructure and in the development of value-added services.
After to the UUNET acquisition of Internet-Way, Lemarié functioned as chief technologist for UUNET Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He was also in charge of defining UUNET Europe's technological direction.
Always looking for better ways to exploit technologies, Lemarié founded Overnetworks in 2000 to develop a new scalable technology to intelligently route data on the Internet. During this period, he consulted to several start-ups helping them define their business models and technological direction.
A graduate of EPITA (Paris), he has a Master's degree in Computer Science (Systems & Networks).

Jean-Michel Guichot, Director
Partner with Galileo Partners.
Guichot is the board representative for our investor, Galileo Partners. A graduate of the French Business School HEC, Guichot started his career in industry and consultancy.
He served as vice president of marketing, sales and services at Oberthur Cartes Systemes, provider of card-based solutions. He has been a managing director with GTS-Access Services France, a telecommunication company specializing in local loops, and deputy managing director of GTS-Omnicom.
Guichot sits on the Board of Directors of Esterel Technologies, M2000 and VITechnology.

Antoine Azam-Darley, Independent Director
Managing Partner of Azam-Darley and Partners, a law firm in France.
Azam-Darley's general practice in international business transactions focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring. He's a recognized expert in banking and finance specifically in corporate, private and commercial finance and guarantees enforcement. Azam-Darley represents several international banking institutions in France as well as one of the largest United States banks. He advised the French Presidential Administration while on a committee composed of pioneers on the new technologies business development.
He has gained a solid reputation for his knowledge of international financing and corporate structuring for major projects and for his ability to provide advice to banks, private investors, project sponsors, and contractors. Azam-Darley's experience in new technologies with a heavy focus on the Internet come as a result of his involvement in developing ISP and content provider businesses since 1994. He's an active member of the AIJA (Associaton Internationale des Jeunes Avocats - International Association of Young Lawyers) and a member of the Executive Committee.
Azam-Darley received his Master's in business law and post-graduate degree in international business law from the University of Paris. He entered the Paris Bar in 1988.
